1. Shipping Methods & Locations

  • We ships merchandise worldwide by UPS, USPS, FedEx & DHL. We have warehouses in US, UK, DE, JP & HK. According to your shipping address, we will fullfil your order from neareast warehouses.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Orders from U.S. are Free Shipping.
  • For International Shipments. We can ship to most countries in the world. If your shipping address is outside of United States, you might be charged a shipping fee from $50 to $100. Contact us to calculate your shipping fee before your purchase.
  • If your shipment is from outside of your country, it may cost import tax or customs duty. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please no worry, if we need to ship item from oversea warehouse, we will confirm the shipping fee and import duty issues with you before the shipment.

3. Delivery Time

  • Most of US / EU orders will be shipped within 24hours and should arrive within approx 5-7 business days after shipping. Tracking number will be updated to you by email once order has been processed.
  • If the item you purchased is sold out, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. Delivery time depends on your decision, to wait for it or cancel the order.
  • For International orders, it will cost 1-2 weeks for delivery if we don't have local warehouse in your country.
  • COVID-19 UPDATE: While we aim to stay as close to our usual shipping schedule as possible, please note that you may experience delays as we operate in strict accordance with state and local guidelines for safe conditions of essential businesses. We hope you will excuse any shipping delays due to this necessary change in procedures.

4. Order Information

1). Order confirmation

  • The order confirmation email will send to you when you completed your order. It includes a summary of the items on your order and shipping address & billing address information. Once you have confirmed, we will ship your order out on time.
  • Note: Please doublle check your shipping address and confirm you leave us a valid contact number / email address.

2). Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 5pm PST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 5pm PST will be processed the next business day.

3). Shipment Notification

  • Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

4). Tracking Information

  • If you can not find any tracking information for your order, please feel free to email us "support@meauro.net". And kindly tell us your order Id that will help us to check it more efficiently.
